KOUNOU COFFEE has transformed its Osaka facility with the installation of a customized Fuji Royal Roaster R110, marking a significant advancement in its coffee roasting capabilities. The upgraded 10-kilogram roasting machine features precision temperature control to 0.1°C accuracy, enhanced automation systems, and network connectivity for global roasting optimization. This technological upgrade enables the facility to process up to 3,000 kg of green coffee beans monthly. The customization, overseen by founder Mr. Li, builds upon the already premium capabilities of Fuji Royal’s top-tier small-scale roasting machine. Looking ahead to 2025, KOUNOU COFFEE plans to expand its product offerings through both its premium KOUNOU series and everyday Fitbean series. The company also aims to establish partnerships with renowned coffee-producing regions worldwide, sharing its advanced roasting expertise to foster a more diverse coffee culture. KOUNOU COFFEE Showcases Premium Yunnan Coffee at SCAJ2024

KOUNOU COFFEE, a brand of Kounou Inc., showcased its premium Yunnan coffee at the SCAJ2024 exhibition in Tokyo from October 9-11, 2024. This marks the company’s third and most significant appearance at a Japanese coffee event this year. KOUNOU COFFEE featured three distinct Yunnan coffee green beans, with the Red Wine Process variety generating particular interest. CEO Mr. Li praised the exhibition as an excellent learning opportunity. The SCAJ event, in its 21th year, focused on the theme “Let’s go full throttle into a new decade,” addressing industry challenges and innovations. KOUNOU COFFEE’s participation underscores its commitment to quality and expansion in the Japanese market. The company, founded in 2022, operates its own coffee plantation in Yunnan, China, and maintains offices in both Osaka and Tokyo.
