Following their successful debut at CAFERES JAPAN 2024, this competition aims to showcase top roasters’ skills while highlighting Ethiopian and Yunnan coffee beans. Twenty professional roasters will compete, blending both origins to create unique profiles. The event aligns with KOUNOU COFFEE’s mission to promote high-quality specialty coffee and strengthen industry connections.
