Twenty professional roasters will compete, blending both origins to create unique profiles. Registration is open until August 30, with a grand prize of a roast degree measuring device. This competition further establishes KOUNOU COFFEE’s presence in the Japanese specialty coffee market.

Kounou Coffee announces an upgrade to its outdoor market activities starting in June, introducing mobile shops alongside coffee carts.
