KOUNOU COFFEE has officially launched its upgraded coffee roasting facility in Osaka, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to specialty coffee production and innovation. The new facility features a customized Fuji Royal Roaster R110, a 10-kilogram roasting machine that represents a leap forward in coffee roasting technology.
The Fuji Royal Roaster R110, already considered the top-tier small-scale coffee roasting machine in Japan, has been meticulously upgraded by KOUNOU COFFEE’s founder, Mr. Li. The enhanced machine boasts three key technological improvements:
1. Precision Fire Control System: Enables temperature adjustments with 0.1°C accuracy
2. Advanced Automation System: Significantly improves roasting efficiency
3. Global Connectivity System: Allows network-based roasting optimization, transcending physical limitations and bridging the gap between coffee-producing regions

In 2025, KOUNOU COFFEE plans to expand its product range, including the premium KOUNOU series and the everyday Fitbean series. The new roasting facility, located in Osaka’s Higashimikuni district, enables KOUNOU COFFEE to process up to 3,000 kg of green coffee beans monthly, positioning the company for significant growth in the specialty coffee market.
